I was prepared to spend at least $500 for a hot water system and he said it wasn't necesary!!!! He could have installed the system and I'd never have known the difference. That's a quality business.

I called another plumber a week and a half ago and they couldn't be bothered to determine if it was in fact a plumbng problem. They told me to call a pool repair company. All along I knew it was a plumbing issue. I tried calling them again because the seemed pretty reputable from what I heard. They said they would send someone out at no charge. I really thought that was a waste of their time. The guy came yesterday and gave me a very high repair cost prior to my speaking to you as I mentioned on the phone when we spoke. Your plumber came today and told me that it was really an optional repair and that it didn't not affect my pool water leveler. I worked as a dispatcher in the HVAC/Plumbing and Electrical industry in CT for 19 years. I couldn't have received better service or consideration from Quail Plumbing. I now work for a hospital and you can bet I will be passing your name along to everyone I encounter.
