Commercial Construction

Quail Plumbing’s commercial construction department operates daily on a myriad of projects. This includes public buildings such as the recently completed Phoenix Art Museum Renovation or the Cesar Chavez and Palo Verde Libraries.

Working together with valley general contractors, Quail Plumbing is busy building restaurants, movie theatres, grocery and retail stores, office and medical buildings, tenant improvements projects, home improvement stores, dock-high warehouses, and all types of commercial and light industrial construction.

Quail boasts an estimating department with four full-time estimators. The construction team is composed of field supervisors and talented job foremen helping contracting personnel around the valley to achieve their goals.
